These questions explain the basic idea behind Holistic Cloud and how flexibly you can enter the experience.
What is Holistic Cloud?
Holistic Cloud is an English-language self-development app that brings personal reflection, self-chosen goals, reminders, a timer, time-limited challenges, progress views, recurring reflection, Future Me, and selected sharing into one connected system.
The app organizes goals and progress across five connected dimensions: Physical, Mental, Emotional, Intuitional, and Existential. It is designed to support regular follow-through while using reflection and longer-term context to avoid turning every missed action into a verdict on the person.
How is Holistic Cloud different from a typical habit tracker?
A typical habit tracker often focuses mainly on completion, streaks, or one routine. Holistic Cloud also encourages regular follow-through, but places completed and missed actions inside five-dimensional progress views and structured reflection.
The aim is not simply to collect more checkmarks. It is to build a meaningful routine, recognize patterns over time, and make more informed decisions about what to continue, adjust, pause, or prioritize next.
Who is Holistic Cloud for?
Holistic Cloud is for people who want a structured way to reflect, choose goals, follow progress, and understand their development across several areas of life.
You can use the app independently. You can also share your daily progress, complete progress, or full profile with selected Holistic Cloud users, such as a friend, family member, coach, or another trusted supporter, when that support feels useful.
Do I need to complete the Personal Roadmap before setting a goal?
No. The Personal Roadmap is optional. You can work through passions, values, purpose, current focus, vision, commitments, and benefits, use only the areas that feel relevant, or begin directly with a goal.
You can return to the reflection areas later. Holistic Cloud does not require you to define a complete life vision before taking a practical first step.
Does the app tell me what my purpose or vision should be?
No. The app provides questions and structure, but your answers remain yours. Purpose can describe a direction or contribution that currently feels meaningful; it does not need to be one final or permanent life mission.
Is Holistic Cloud therapy, medical care, or a diagnostic tool?
No. Holistic Cloud is a self-development and reflection app. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or emergency support and does not replace qualified medical or mental-health care.

What kinds of goals can I create?
You can choose a suggested goal or create your own. A goal may involve movement, recovery, focus, learning, emotional awareness, reflection, connection, values, purpose, or another personally meaningful activity.
You assign the goal to the dimension that fits it best. The app supports your chosen direction rather than prescribing one universal set of goals.
What are the five dimensions?
- Physical: body, movement, energy, recovery, and physical foundations
- Mental: focus, clarity, learning, attention, and inner direction
- Emotional: feelings, emotional awareness, and conscious responses
- Intuitional: inner knowing, self-trust, and signals beyond purely logical analysis
- Existential: values, meaning, purpose, vision, connection, and personal direction
The five dimensions are perspectives for understanding goals and development. They are not a diagnostic assessment or a validated health score.
Is the goal to keep all five dimensions in perfect balance?
No. Different stages of life naturally create different priorities. The dimensions make those priorities and their distribution more visible; they do not require equal activity in every area every day.
How do goal reminders work?
For a goal you created or selected, you can set an optional reminder at a time that fits your routine, for example every day at 10:00 a.m. Your phone can then show a notification that reminds you of that goal.
Reminders are designed to support follow-through. You decide whether to use them and when they should appear.
How does Holistic Cloud support consistency without creating more pressure?
Holistic Cloud encourages regular follow-through with optional reminders, personal challenges, and progress views. The purpose is not to remove commitment: self-development becomes more meaningful when goals are revisited consistently and actions are recorded often enough for patterns to emerge.
At the same time, the app avoids public rankings and does not reduce the person to one missed day. Progress can be reviewed across time and five dimensions, while recurring reflection helps you understand what supported or disrupted your routine and choose a realistic next step.
What does the integrated timer do?
The timer supports time-based activities that you choose, such as meditation, Box Breathing, focused work, reading, journaling, learning, or movement.
Holistic Cloud does not provide the activity itself. It does not contain a workout or meditation library; the timer simply helps you carry out a self-chosen time-based goal.
What are personal challenges?
A challenge is a personal, time-limited commitment. You can create your own challenge, choose a suggested challenge, or invite selected Holistic Cloud users, such as friends, to join you.
Suggested challenges are informed by your previous app use. When some dimensions have received much more attention than others, the app can suggest challenges from less represented areas instead of repeatedly reinforcing the same focus.
Examples include:
- 7,000 steps a day
- Start your day with a smile
- Journal three things you are grateful for
To complete a challenge successfully, you need to fulfil the chosen action on every day of its set period. When the period ends, the app automatically shows whether the challenge was completed successfully. If it was not, you can choose to try it again.
Challenges are not public competitions or leaderboards. Invitations remain limited to the people you choose.
Can I invite other people to a challenge?
Yes. You can invite selected people who also use Holistic Cloud, such as friends, to join a challenge with you. The invitation is limited to the people you choose and does not make the challenge public.
You can also use challenges independently by creating one yourself or choosing a suggested challenge. A challenge is successful only when its action is completed on every day of the selected period; the app determines and displays the result automatically.
How does Holistic Cloud suggest challenges?
Challenge suggestions are based on your previous use of the app. The distribution of your goals across the five dimensions helps the app identify areas that have received less attention.
For example, if your recorded goals have mainly focused on Physical and Mental development, suggested challenges can draw attention to Emotional, Intuitional, or Existential areas. The suggestion is an invitation, not a diagnosis or requirement; you decide whether it fits.
Does Holistic Cloud include workouts, meditations, or predefined programs?
No. Holistic Cloud is not a workout library, meditation platform, or predefined training program. You choose or create the goals and activities that are relevant to you. The app provides the structure for tracking, reminders, timing, progress, and reflection.
See what repeats without turning every day into a score.
Progress views and reflection are designed to create context over time, not pressure from one isolated day.
Which progress views are available?
Holistic Cloud provides daily, weekly, quarterly, and yearly progress views. These views help you see both individual goals and how your activity is distributed across the five dimensions over time.
A progress view shows what has been recorded; it does not automatically diagnose your mental state, health, or personality.
How often should I use the app?
Holistic Cloud is most useful as a regular routine. A short daily check-in is recommended when it fits your life, because self-development and pattern recognition depend on repeated action rather than occasional review.
You do not need to complete every dimension every day, and one missed day does not erase your progress. If daily use is not realistic, choose another consistent rhythm, record relevant actions honestly, and return often enough for the progress and reflection views to show meaningful patterns over time.
What is the difference between recurring reflection and Future Me?
Recurring reflection helps you review a shorter period, for example a month. It can help you consider what supported you, what changed, what repeated, and what you may want to adjust next.
Future Me is separate. It is a year-end reflection that looks toward the person you want to become and the direction you want to take into the next year.
Can I share my daily progress, complete progress, or full profile?
Yes. Sharing is optional and limited to selected people who also use Holistic Cloud. You can share your daily progress, your complete progress, or your full profile with chosen users such as a friend, family member, coach, or another trusted supporter.
You decide what to share and with whom. These sharing options do not publish your information to an open feed, public profile, or leaderboard.
Is Holistic Cloud a public community or social network?
No. Holistic Cloud is not an open social network, public feed, or leaderboard. Daily progress, complete progress, a full profile, and challenge invitations are shared only with selected people who also use the app.
Can I use Holistic Cloud with a coach?
Yes. A coach who also uses Holistic Cloud can be one of your selected contacts. Depending on what support you want, you can share your daily progress, complete progress, or full profile with that coach.
The app does not automatically provide a coach or coaching service, and no coach receives access unless you deliberately select and share the relevant information.
What happens if I take a break?
Regular use is encouraged because routine supports follow-through and makes patterns easier to recognize. If you take a break, however, you can return to the app and continue with your existing goals, progress, and reflection.
A break does not erase earlier progress. It can become useful context for understanding what interrupted the routine and deciding whether a goal should be continued, adjusted, paused, or started again.
